Pam Maltsberger

This is my third year in Little Elm ISD, and I bring over two decades of experience in education. I spent eight years teaching 3rd and 4th grade before transitioning into my current role as an elementary school counselor, where I’ve spent the last 13 years supporting students’ social, emotional, and academic growth.

I’m married and a proud mom to two amazing kids, ages 12 and 8, plus one lovable dog who keeps us on our toes. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, staying active, and making memories with my family.

I’m deeply passionate about working with children and helping them thrive both in and out of the classroom. I am proud and honored to be serving in my first year as assistant principal at Prestwick Elementary. I believe that the greater impact I can have with our teachers, the larger the impact we can make on our students. I look forward to a year full of learning, growth, and meaningful connections with students, staff, and families!
