Little Elm, TX - The Little Elm ISD Board of Trustees has approved the appointment of Tiffany Brown as the next principal of Walker Middle School. The decision was made during the Board’s regular meeting on Monday evening.
Brown has been a familiar face on the Walker Middle School campus since 2021, serving as assistant principal. She brings 18 years of experience in public education, including six years in the classroom and four years as a Literacy Instructional Facilitator. Before joining Little Elm ISD, she served as an elementary assistant principal in Mesquite ISD and spent three years working at the high school level in Little Rock, Arkansas.
“I am honored and incredibly excited to begin this new chapter,” said Brown. “As we look ahead, my goal is to build on the strong traditions of academic excellence, equity, and community engagement that define our school. I believe in creating a safe, welcoming, and inspiring environment where every student is seen, valued, and empowered to thrive—not just academically, but socially and emotionally as well.”
Superintendent Mike Lamb praised Brown’s deep understanding of the campus and her strong relationships with both staff and students. “Ms. Brown’s leadership, experience, and commitment to Walker Middle School make her the right choice to continue moving the campus forward,” said Lamb.
Brown will serve in her new role at the start of the 2025-2026 school year.
