Fourth graders from Little Elm ISD's Oak Point Elementary traveled to Georgetown and Austin on an Education in Action Discover Texas Field Trip, Friday, November 3, 2023, to experience what they are learning in social studies and science.

News out of Austin today by the TEA Commissioner Mike Morath, is that the state will delay the release of A-F district, school scores.

Only the top 5.5 percent of districts in the state, including Little Elm ISD, earned the honor this year.

The Little Elm ISD Board of Trustees approved the administration’s recommendation to hire Dr. Justin Barrett as the next Little Elm High School Principal. The board approved the hire at a special called meeting Tuesday evening.

Little Elm ISD is pleased to announce Donnie Bartlett has been named Deputy Superintendent. Bartlett previously served as principal for an elementary campus at Birdville ISD.
